invoice.Now is a free, browser-based invoice generator. People use invoice.Now when they want free invoicing without an account, with live editing in the browser and a fast PDF export flow. All invoice data is processed locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to the invoices you create.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you use invoice.Now on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use invoice.Now for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, including creating false or misleading invoices.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the service's design, templates, or source code for commercial purposes.
• Use automated tools to access the service in a manner that degrades performance for other users.

4. Your content

You are solely responsible for the content of the invoices you create. invoice.Now does not review, validate, or endorse any invoice content. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

The invoice.Now name, logo, design, templates, and source code are owned by DotNow Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

6. No account required

invoice.Now does not currently require user accounts. Your invoice data is stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for data lost due to clearing browser storage, device changes, or browser updates.

7. Analytics

We use self-hosted, first-party analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. No third-party analytics services are used. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Third-party services

invoice.Now relies on third-party service providers to operate the site, such as Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or their handling of data under their own policies.

9. Disclaimers

invoice.Now is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated invoices will meet specific legal or regulatory requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DotNow Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of invoice.Now.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to invoice.Now at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of invoice.Now after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
