invoice.Now is a free browser-based invoice generator operated by DotNow Labs LLC.

2. Does invoice.Now use cookies

invoice.Now does not use tracking, advertising, or cross-site analytics cookies. If strictly necessary session cookies are used for secure site operation, they are not used for tracking.

3. Does invoice.Now store invoice data

Invoice data you enter (names, addresses, line items) is saved to your browser's local storage so your draft persists between sessions. This data stays on your device. We never transmit, collect, or store your invoice data on our servers.

You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or starting a new invoice.

4. What analytics invoice.Now uses

We use privacy-focused analytics to understand basic site usage:

• First-party analytics: We use self-hosted analytics on our own infrastructure. We record anonymous aggregate data only, including page views, country-level geography, referral source type, and PDF template download counts. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or persistent visitor identifiers for analytics. If strictly necessary session cookies are used for secure site operation, they are not used for tracking or profiling.

These tools are used for aggregate site measurement. They are not used to process invoice content entered into the editor.

Our first-party analytics do not include invoice content.

5. Site operations

We use service providers to host, deliver, and protect the site. Those providers may process standard request data needed to operate the service.

6. What we collect directly

If you contact us via email, we collect the information you provide (your email address and message content) solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list.

• We do not collect personal information through the invoice generator.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• We do not use advertising trackers or marketing pixels in the invoice product.

8. Data retention

We retain email correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry or as required by law. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous with no individual records to retain.

9. Security

We enforce HTTPS, strict Content Security Policy headers, and other security measures to protect the site. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

10. Children

invoice.Now is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. International users

If you access the site from outside the United States, standard site-delivery processing may occur in the region nearest to you.
