Invoice Generator with No Account Required

Skip the sign-up form. Start invoicing immediately.

You need to send an invoice. You do not need to create yet another account with yet another password to do it. Most invoicing platforms require registration before you can even see the editor. That means an email address, a password, probably an email verification step, and often a profile setup wizard. All of that before you type a single line item. invoice. Now skips all of it. You open the page and start building your invoice.

This is not a workaround or a limited preview mode. The full editor is available immediately, with every template, every field, and PDF export included. There is no account to create because there is no account system. The tool works without one by design, not as a concession.

Why no account

Accounts exist to store your data on someone else's server. That makes sense for tools that sync across devices, manage teams, or track recurring billing. But if all you need is to create an invoice and download the PDF, server-side storage is unnecessary overhead that comes with real costs: your email gets added to a mailing list, your client data sits in a database you do not control, and you now have another login to manage.

invoice. Now avoids this entirely. Your invoice data is stored in your browser's local storage. It persists between sessions on the same device, so you can come back to a draft later. But it never leaves your machine. No server receives your client names, invoice amounts, or contact details. This is a meaningful privacy advantage, especially for people who handle sensitive billing information. The full data handling policy is described on the privacy page.

How it works without an account

When you fill in your invoice details in the editor, the data is written to your browser's local storage, a built-in feature of every modern browser. This means your draft is saved automatically and will be there when you reopen the page on the same device and browser.

When you export a PDF, the generation happens client-side using JavaScript. The invoice is rendered in your browser and converted to a PDF file that downloads directly to your device. No data is sent to a server at any point during this process.

The trade-off is that your data does not sync across devices. If you start an invoice on your laptop and want to finish it on your phone, you will need to re-enter the details. For most people sending a few invoices a month, this is not an issue. The benefit of zero registration far outweighs the lack of cloud sync.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my invoice if I clear my browser data?

Yes. Since invoices are stored in your browser's local storage, clearing your browsing data will remove saved drafts. Always download the PDF before clearing your browser. The exported PDF file is yours to keep regardless of browser state.

Can I use invoice. Now on multiple devices?

You can use it on any device with a modern browser. However, since there is no account, data does not sync between devices. Each device has its own local storage. If you need the same invoice on two devices, download the PDF on one and access it from the other through your usual file-sharing method.

Is my data collected or tracked in any way?

invoice. Now does not require an account, email address, or password, and it does not collect the invoice content you type into the editor. There is no analytics on invoice content and no tracking pixels inside the invoice document itself. The privacy policy explains the limited site analytics we use.
